HELLS BELLS - another wet and windy night - we salute you who braved the weather and copped a dose of rock n roll instead.
The Charles was a wicked venue to play - at long last. Great to see a lot of familiar faces too.

Rock Inne Tavern, Karragullen
Friday 17th April
The good folk at the Rock Inne Tavern and Jack Daniels once again provided us with an incredible opportunity to put on one hell of a show. And off course without you - the AccaDacca, peace lovin rock 'n rollers it would not have been possible.
A big thanks to Mitch and Lewis (formally known as Monkey Knife Fight) who put on a great set. You'll be seein' them a lot more as part of the next crop of Aussie bands to make it big.
Thanks to Jack Daniels, we gave away another awesome set of congos to a lucky winner and auctioned off a beaut piece of burnt wood by Bicko. Top bidder, Raelene won it and I'm sure it will take prime possie behind the bar.
So we salute all you that came along to ROCK!!!! and to wish Thomo all the best for the future.
Just to let you know that Hells Bells is continuing on with a new singer, more Bon Scott and a few different Brian Johnson songs. See if you can spot our new singer Steve, in one of the photos at the photo album page - and no he's not Angus - that's our loyal buddy and mascot, Davey.

LEOPOLD HOTEL
4th APRIL
Thanks to you Aussie Rock fans who weren't at the Who concert, we had an awesome gig. Good company and a fat sound ensured that the Leopold's planed renovations got a kick start as the band shook the foundations. Cheers to you all.

HELLS BELLS

If you weren't at the Brooklands Tavern Friday 27th Feb, you missed one hell of a show.
Mr Jack Daniels gave away an awesome set of Congos to one lucky winner and Hells Bells singlet wearing Ladette, Kristyn Gohrt was our special guest - dancing up a storm on stage.
Oh yeah, the band played alright too.

The only bummer on the night was that our banner was stolen. We are quiet attached to Eric (banner) and would love him back. So if you know who's got Eric, reply to this email and no questions asked or drop it off at the Brooklands Tavern.

Cheers, Rock on!

To everyone that was there, thank you so much. To those that missed out - don't miss the next one.

Honestly it was one of our most enjoyable gig in ages, fuckin hot and sweaty - just the way we like it and the crowd was totally awesome - check out the photo pages.

ROCKIN' New Year

in 2009

NYE at the Main Reef Tavern went off with a bang, complete with fireworks and real thunder for the intro to Thunderstruck. Yes folks it rained in Boulder on NYE. If it wasn’t for the amazing Kiwi riggers who not only constructed a great outdoor stage but also came back to put a roof on it at 9pm the show might not have happened.

A big thanks goes out to Mike Baxter, staff and helpers who worked bloody hard to make sure things went smoothly. A special thanks to resident skimpy of the week Kitty Kat who provided great head (on the beers you dirty bastards) and made us feel welcome for the two

days. Also to Mick the PA dude who worked hard in between the glaring sun and later on the rain showers.

A dishonorable mention to Skywest who wouldn’t let our lighting guy Kris on the plane for being 8 mins late and a huge thank you to Phil and Bicko who drove our gear there and back.

Obviously all this hard work had to be balanced by pure slackness, which was our job entirely. Well someone has to do it eh?

On December 6th we played along with Lunchbox All-Stars, Dirty Riff, Jason Euphoria Project and blues legend Lindsey Wells at a private party at Bishu’s place in the middle of nowhere to raise funds for the RFDS and PMH ($2k was raised for each). It was a long hot day but well worth it, especially the jelly wrestling.

A special mention to Mad Mick Maddigan who not only arranged all the bands but also donated his Epiphone Les Paul to young Jarred, a up and coming guitarist who along with his brother Nick on drums played some tasty tunes with Lunchbox All-Stars. - see the photo pages.
